How People Partner 360 Was Born
With over eight years of HR experience across the UAE, People Partner 360 was born from a simple observation: when people processes work better, businesses work better.
Through experience in recruitment, onboarding, colleague experience and HR operations, its founder saw first-hand how inconsistent processes, unclear responsibilities and disconnected teams could create unnecessary challenges for businesses and their employees.
